Here are a few characteristics of the Tiopan Blacklists:
How to remove an IP or domain from the Tiopan Blacklists?Currently, an IP/domain will be automatically removed from the Tiopan Blacklist using a weighted score. Depending on the weighted score, it can be days, weeks, months, or even years before an IP/domain is being removed.
