Home | About | Contact

The Tiopan Blacklists consist of bl.tiopan.com (blacklisted IPs) and dbl.tiopan.com (blacklisted domains). Listing in the Tiopan Blacklists means that we do not accept communication from the listed IP and domain.

Here are a few characteristics of the Tiopan Blacklists:

  • never makes connections to other machines to "test" for anything.
  • list both dynamic and static IP.
  • does not attempt to associate IP addresses to persons or organizations.

How to remove an IP or domain from the Tiopan Blacklists?

Currently, an IP/domain will be automatically removed from the Tiopan Blacklist using a weighted score. Depending on the weighted score, it can be days, weeks, months, or even years before an IP/domain is being removed.

If you would like to improve your IP reputation score (one aspect of the weighted score), you may optionally register your IP in our database. Please see below on how to register.

How to use the Tiopan Blacklists?

The Tiopan Blacklists can be used on various mail servers to directly block undesirable IP/domain at the SMTP level or through scoring.
