Who are we?
We are a family business that started in January 2001 and have been providing badminton supplies and services to the local badminton community since then. In January 2006, we started to expand our business to the online community by selling strings. Currently, we are actively serving customers around the world.
How do I order?
If you would like to order an item, please email us: badminton@tiopan.com. If you don't see a product listed, you can also email us to check whether we can order it for you. There is no minimum order requirement and no extra cost for special order.
What is the acceptable payment method?
Through Paypal, we accept major credit cards, echeck, and paypal. We also accept cashier's check, money order, and wire transfer.
What is the shipping method?
Items are usually being shipped through US Postal. If you prefer another shipping method, please let us know - there might be an additional shipping charge.
