As an outreach ministry, Lutheran Hour Ministries is unique. We dedicate every hour of every day to a mission to share the truth of Christ. We also prepare people of faith to share Christ's love with others. We see the impact of this mission in stories like these:      
      
	Kris Morton and her daughter live in Frisco, Texas. A few years ago, Kris was searching for a daily devotion she could use with her young daughter, "I wanted something to help me bring her up with the faith she needs to face the world today." she says. During her searching, Kris discovered the Lutheran Hour Ministries JCPlayZone website - she knew God had helped her find a tool to support her in bringing her daughter up in the Lord.      
      
	We read the JCPlayZone Daily Devotions just about every morning during breakfast and apply them during the day...We LOVE it all!" says Morton. Kris states, "It's a tough world out there, I'm so thankful for ways I can build my family up in the Truth so we can live our lives in Christ's light."      
	      
Stories like this are so powerful as we consider how Lutheran Hour Ministries partners with believers, and non-believers, to lead them to a personal relationship with the Jesus we know. Ministry programs like JCPlayZone, MISSION U, Men's NetWork and others help reach current and future generations with the truth of Christ.       
			      
Our world is a dark place. Its shadows often seem to press in on us too. Lutheran Hour Ministries is on the frontlines with a mission to share God's light in this darkness and to support you and your family in your effort to shine God's light with those you love.
